RETURN POLICY (WEB / RETAIL SALES)

For all US Returns, there are a few important things to keep in mind when requesting to return a product purchased from GOGYM, LLC.

TIME FRAME

    1. You have 30 days (4 weeks) from the day you receive your package to return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price.
    2. If you reach out wanting to return your package after 30 days, you will receive a refund for the purchase price and be charged a 15% restocking fee.
    3. If you reach out wanting to return your package after 45 days, you will not be eligible for a return.
    4. Once our company receives your package at our warehouse (see how to send it back below), we will then issue you your refund.

CONDITIONS

    1. All items must be placed back into the same package that you had received them in, the same way they arrived. Any other item that you send back or any other way you pack them up that is different than when they came will not be accepted and you will not be refunded.
    2. You must send us a picture of your ready-to-return package and attach it to your inquiry when you reach out to return your item(s).
    3. Once approved by a service representative, you will then be able to proceed with the rest of the return process (see below).

POINT OF PURCHASE

    1. Only items that have been purchased directly from GOGYM website are eligible for return. All items purchased outside of our website will not be accepted.
    2. Other places that are not acceptable and fall under a different Return Policy:
      1. Amazon
      2. eBay
      3. Other marketplaces or distributors

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – all orders outside of the USA are not eligible for return.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(s)

SHIP YOUR PACAKGES TO GOGYM following this process below

    1. Contact GOGYM via email at … CustomerCare@myGoGym.com
    2. Reference your name, order # if you have it.
    3. GOGYM will send you an RMA authorization to be included in your return.
    4. Ship Package to:
      1. If by MAIL: GOGYM, PO BOX 11656, ST. PAUL, MN  55111
      2. If by FedEx or UPS: GOGYM, 5001 NORTHWEST DRIVE, #11656, ST. PAUL, MN 55111
    5. You will be fully responsible for paying for your RETURN or if you request a RETURN LABEL.

Once we receive your return, inspect that all components are accounted for, we will then issue a refund for the full purchase price.


RETURN POLICY (WHOLESALE or DISTRIBUTORS)

IT IS THE PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THE TERMS & CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO PURCHASING GOGYM PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.  THE ITEMS LISTED BELOW ARE NOT THE FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS.  YOU CAN REQUEST A COPY OR CLICK OR THE FOLLOWING LINK:  TERMS AND CONDITIONS for DISTRIBUTORS

Below are the guidelines on returns in a wholesale or distributor purchase.

GENERAL TERMS

Upon receiving a Purchase Order (i.e. order) for quantities of GoGym systems or parts:

  1. 100% prepayment is required before order is processed.
  2. Upon successful payment, the order becomes active and the payment is non-refundable.
  3. In the event some components are not available or exceed reasonable timeframes for production, GoGym or its assigns may present alternative options.  If alternative options are not approved, then the order will remain on a course of production available at the time.
  4. Only if components cannot be acquired, will GoGym or its assigns consider a full or partial refund.
  5. GoGym or its assigns reserves the right to ship a partial order at a time when finished goods are ready.
  6. GoGym or its assigns are under no obligation to deliver all of the order at that same time.
  7. If a product is determined to be defective or unsellable, GoGym will either replace, repair or refund to the distributor the cost of the defective items.
  8. If returns are approved by GoGym or its assigns, certain conditions apply.

CONDITIONS

    1. All items must be placed back into commercially acceptable shipping containers,  the same way they arrived. Any other item that you send back or any other way you pack them up that is different than when they came will not be accepted and you will not be refunded.
    2. You must send us a picture of your ready-to-return packages and attach it to your inquiry when you reach out to return your item(s).
    3. Once approved by a service representative, you will then be able to proceed with the rest of the return process (see below).
    4. Distributor is responsible to ship items back to GOGYM or its assigns.

POINT OF PURCHASE

    1. Only items that have been purchased directly from GOGYM website or in bulk from GOGYM or its assigns may be eligible for return. All items purchased outside of these channels will not be accepted.
    2. Examples of other places that are not acceptable and fall under a different Return Policy:
      1. other distributors
      2. retailers

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – all orders outside of the USA are not eligible for return.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(s)

SHIP YOUR PACAKGES TO GOGYM following this process below

    1. Contact GOGYM via email at … CustomerCare@myGoGym.com
    2. Reference your name, purchase order # if you have it.
    3. GOGYM will send you an RMA authorization to be included in your return.
    4. Ship Package to address GOGYM per response when approved.
    5. You will be fully responsible for paying for your return.

Once we receive your return, inspect that all components are accounted for, we will then issue a refund for the full purchase price minus any deductions listed above or in communications between parties.
